We are proud to share exciting news from Honduras. Aroma Café & Miel (ACM) has officially inaugurated its new dry mill facility, marking a strategic milestone in the company’s evolution and a major step forward for the region’s coffee supply chain.

A Modern Facility Built for Quality, Efficiency and Sustainability

This new plant represents a significant leap for ACM and its producer partners. Designed with sustainability at its core and equipped with advanced CIMBRIA technology, the mill is now one of the most modern and reliable in Honduras. It features:

  • Fully standardized operations

  • Highly trained technical staff

  • Precision machinery for consistent, high-quality outputs

  • Comprehensive traceability systems

  • Implementation of best practices in hygiene and manufacturing

Together, these elements provide faster processing, more consistent results and improved services for producers, reinforcing ACM’s role as a trusted link between origin and global buyers.

A Stronger Partner for a Growing Network

This development comes on the heels of a successful 2024–2025 export season. Even before the plant was operational, ACM managed to export 56 containers, a result that demonstrates the strength of its commercial model and the trust of the market.

Now that the new facility is fully operating, ACM is positioning itself to grow further in the 2025–2026 season and aims to become one of the top ten coffee exporters in Honduras. The new dry mill is already attracting more clients, improving operational efficiency and creating added value throughout the supply chain.

Working Hand in Hand with Producers

ACM has continued to strengthen its relationships with cooperatives and small producers across the region by offering:

  • Tailored financing programs for productivity and soil health

  • Support for sustainable farming practices

  • Organizational training to improve governance and transparency

These initiatives are generating tangible results at the farm level by improving coffee quality and driving long-term, inclusive growth.

Looking Ahead: Strategic Goals and Financial Readiness

As we move into the 2025–2026 export cycle, Aroma Café & Miel is entering this new chapter with confidence and momentum. Backed by strong financial capacity, ACM is fully equipped to meet contract obligations.

For the 2025–2026 harvest cycle, we’ve set an ambitious but realistic goal: to reach 150 containers for ACM. With the recent operational enhancements and stronger alignment with our local entities, we are confident in our ability to deliver on this target while maintaining quality and traceability.

“To our buyers, clients and partners: ACM is a strategic ally you can trust. Integrity is our core value, and we work every day to generate benefits for the entire value chain. Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to growing together.” - Jaime Ortega General Manager of Aroma Café & Miel
